Buckwheat noodles with perilla oil

Makguksu with perilla oil has a special kind of traditional taste. Perilla oil is a fragrant oil with makguksu. It allows you to enjoy a richer taste.

ingredient
  • Buckwheat noodles for 2 people
  • 2-3 tablespoons of perilla oil
  • 2 tablespoons of sesame salt
  • A bit of salt
  • 1/2 onion
  • 1/2 cucumber
  • Red pepper paste
  • Soy sauce
  • Sugar
  • Chopped garlic
  • White vinegar

Buckwheat noodles are placed in boiling water until soft.
After boiling, rinse in cold water and onto a bowl to cool.
Onions and green onions are sliced thinly onto a separate bowl.
Sprinkle some crushed sesame seeds and pour some perilla oil onto the noodles.
Season taste accordingly with a pinch of salt.
Place onion and cucumber on top of noodles.
Add cabbage water kimchi, if available for an even better taste.
Garnish in a separate small plate: Red pepper paste, soy sauce, sugar, chopped garlic,
and some white vinegar.
Mix all the garnish ingredients well and serve as a dip.

Makguksu with perilla oil has the scent and savory taste of perilla
oil. It blends with makguksu to add flavor. You can adjust the taste to suit your taste by adjusting the sesame seeds and salt. Add onion, cucumber, and cabbage kimchi to enhance the taste.
